Lee Baker - Founder Lee grew up in the midlands with a desire to travel and achieved this goal at the age of 18 when he was invited to join a 6 weeks expedition to Svalbard (Norway) approx 250km from the North Pole with the British exploration society. The experience inspired Lee to travel taking 18months leave visiting Asia. It was whilst travelling through Vietnam, Lee noticed factories polluting the environment and it was then that Lee decided to make a difference and the idea of the Offset Carbon Company was born. Lee also owns and runs a commercial flooring contractor in London which constantly strives to find new ways of reusing and recycling carpets and vinyl. Lee also encourages the trade manufacturers of their sustainable and environmental responsibilities. Last year Lee prevented 10 tonnes of carpet tiles from ending up in land fill by reusing them.
Lee believes the idea of helping developing counties and cutting the carbon emissions the most ethical approach to offset. The Carbon Offset Company can stop 1 million tonnes of carbon emissions being released in Nepal through your money and Lee is excited that this makes local families better life.
Kieron Robinson - Founder
After working in the Construction industry for many years as the owner of a large subcontracting company, Kieron developed a strong interest in sustainability and recycling after witnessing unnecessary waste on a grand scale as a routine matter on construction and refurbishment sites. He decided to offset his Company’s unavoidable emissions, and on looking into the kind of projects offered by the major offsetting companies, such as tree-planting in the UK, he was so dissatisfied with the services available, he decided to co-found the Offset Carbon Company, with the ambition of creating an enterprise that offers customers the most ethical and effective offsetting available Cycling is a zero carbon transport method that you don’t need to offset, and Kieron has been passionate about biking for as long as he can remember. His first full time job was riding as a cycle courier in
London in the 80s and he’s still pedalling away today; the 25 mile daily round trip to the office is almost always done by bicycle. Kieron has given his support to Sustrans for many years now and is delighted to see the National Cycle Network growing from strength to strength. Kieron sold a successful business that he set up more than 25 years ago and co-founded the Offset Carbon Company.

Living in Hong Kong and visiting the metropolises like Beijing and Bangkok Jonathan became committed to ensuring that he could play a part in the fight for a better balance between human development and the environment.
