Less is more. Cutting a few things out of your daily life will help the environment, save you money and make you feel better. There are many things that you can do and here are our top tips:

1. Electricity: use it only when you need it
- Lights on. Only put them on if you’re in the room.
- Turn off the TV and all electrical devices. They may look like they’re turned off, they’re not. Standby mode uses lots of electricity; for some TVs it is 50% of when you’re watching your favourite show.

2. Walk, don’t drive to the corner shop
- Walking keeps you fit.
- You’ll save money and feel better.

3. Drink tap water
You’ll save money and save the environment by drinking tap water instead of bottled water.
